Location: San Rafael, CA

Job Type: Full-Time or PRN ($60.00 – $65.00 / hour)

Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000 / year (Full-Time) + Full Benefits

We are looking for a California-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a strong background in outpatient orthopedics who wants to develop or expand an advanced clinical expertise in Pelvic Health .

No prior pelvic health experience? We actively welcome orthopedic clinicians and passionate new grads. We provide full financial coverage for specialized coursework, direct 1-on-1 mentorship, and a structured pathway to clinical mastery.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive 60-minute clinical evaluations for orthopedic and pelvic health patients across all genders.

• Design and execute individualized, evidence-based physical therapy plans of care.

• Complete paid, structured specialty training to confidently integrate pelvic floor evaluation and treatment into your caseload.

• Deliver compassionate education on biomechanics, movement, and long-term wellness.

• Maintain clear, concise documentation within our modern EMR platform.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of California (DPT preferred).

• Strong foundational interest in outpatient orthopedic care.

• High interest in gaining pelvic health specialization (prior experience appreciated, but not required).

• Outstanding clinical reasoning, communication, and patient rapport skills.

Total Rewards & Compensation

• Base Salary (Full-Time): $105,000 – $130,000 / year (Based on experience).

• PRN Pay Rate: $60.00 – $65.00 / hour.
