If you enjoy solving problems, helping homeowners, and working with a professional team that values integrity and reliability, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for a plumber with at least 2 years of residential plumbing experience who understands that great service is just as important as great plumbing work. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures Install water heaters, faucets, drains, disposals, toilets, and piping systems Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and provide clear solutions to homeowners Perform routine maintenance and service calls Educate customers on repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales tactics Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and service records Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at every jobsite Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to completion What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Plumbing license or certification preferred (not required depending on experience) Experience with service software or mobile dispatch systems Strong upselling and customer education skills Experience working in a fast-paced residential service environment What Makes You a Great Fit You communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners You show up on time and prepared You take ownership of your work and stand behind it You enjoy helping customers solve problems You work well independently and as part of a team You value honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Company vehicle (for qualified technicians) Paid training and ongoing development Uniforms provided Health benefits options Paid time off and holidays Retirement Plan with company match Advancement Supportive team culture with growth opportunities About Benjamin Franklin Plumbing At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, we believe in providing homeowners with honest service, quality workmanship, and dependable professionals they can trust.
