This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the thriving scrap metal industry, build strong client relationships, and develop your expertise in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment. What You’ll Do Purchase and negotiate to secure the best prices for scrap metal. Build and grow client relationships, while identifying new business opportunities. Inspect materials to ensure optimal pricing. Manage transactions: write customer scale tickets and assist with weighing materials. Analyze market trends and competitors to drive business growth. Collaborate with inventory control and other departments to maintain seamless operations. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of experience in the scrap metal industry. Proven negotiation skills to secure deals and maintain competitive pricing. Strong customer service orientation and passion for building relationships. Tech‑savvy: proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
