Key Responsibilities of the Echo Tech

• Perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound testing
• Manage patient care from neonatal to geriatric, often under high-stress conditions
• Handle stat procedures and manage exposure to body fluids and blood

Requirements of the Echo Tech

• 2 years of experience or accredited course in Echo-cardiology
• Current registry or certification in Adult Echo
• Current registry or certification in vascular ultrasound
• ARDMS or ARRT certification
• BLS certification
