About the Role
As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual. With a focus on compassion, empathy, and respect, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participating in care planning and implementation to ensure individualized care plans are in place
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
