Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Macon, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and account management. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of problems. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient with computers and customer service software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
