Production Artist
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and release production-ready files for print and digital media
- Perform high-resolution image manipulation, photo retouching, and color correction
- Set up complex multi-page production files and organize artwork layers efficiently
- Collaborate with designers to execute layouts according to project specifications
- Ensure files are optimized and printer-friendly for production output
- Maintain consistency with brand, editorial, and design standards
- Handle multiple projects and production files simultaneously
- Support typography and layout adjustments for small-format print materials
- Improve workflow efficiency in file setup and production processes
- Review files for quality, accuracy, and production compliance
- Work independently while taking creative direction from design teams
- Manage deadlines and quickly switch between tasks as project priorities change
Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
- File preparation and print production knowledge
- Image editing, photo retouching, and color correction skills
- Typography and page layout experience
- Experience creating printer-ready production files
- Knowledge of digital and print production workflows
