Plant Finance Controller: Cost Control & Forecasting Leader

Are you passionate about finance and have expertise in managing financial operations within manufacturing facilities? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller to join our client and play a key role in overseeing the financial management of our production site. Primary Responsibilities Manage the financial activities of the production site, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Collaborate with operational teams to develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and profitability improvement plans. Monitor the financial performance of the site, identify variances from targets, and recommend corrective actions. Analyze production costs, raw material and labor variances, and propose cost optimization initiatives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and present results to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company internal policies, as well as implementation of internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or related field. Relevant professional experience in a financial control or operational finance role, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in management accounting concepts, cost calculation methods, and financial planning tools. Excellent analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in financial management software (ERP, advanced Excel, etc.). Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talenteeds
