What You’ll Do: Assist with leasing, resident support, and file compliance Help process move-ins, recertifications, and notices Support rent collection, reporting, and office administration Coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns Provide professional, compassionate resident service What You Bring: Property management or affordable housing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, or RD is a plus Ability to multitask and work as part of a team Ready to grow your career?
