Senior Scheduler

Job Summary Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) within the PMCM group, working on construction projects. Responsibilities Participate in logistical and delivery workforce planning with project personnel, incorporating into a CPM schedule using Primavera P6. Review and comment on contractor-prepared baseline, update and recover schedules using Primavera P6. Attend project progress and schedule meetings. Accurately track contractor work progress related to the schedule. Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages. Identify improvements for schedule procedures, templates, and products, and refer ideas to the appropriate line manager. Qualifications BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding of construction scheduling processes preferred. Familiarity with and knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred. Certifications with PMI or AACEI also preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Proficiency with MS Office programs required. Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions. Benefits Base compensation range of $150,000 - $180,000 annually for this position and local market.
