We stop at nothing because we’re the kind of people who give everything. The Position The Referral Triage Coordinator plays a critical role in our life-saving mission. Working in a collaborative call center environment, the Referral Triage Coordinator talks with family members of the donor and healthcare professionals to ensure medical suitability for donation. Success at improving or saving lives hinges on collaboration and stellar customer service. You’ll partner with hospitals, donor families, internal departments, transporters, and other community members to ensure optimal outcomes for tissue donor families and recipients.
