The extensive package contains:

$400,000 / year + conversion rate
100% paid Malpractice and tail
Retirement funding with % match
Relo and SignOn Bonus (Starting at 20K)
Student Loan Repayment if eligible
Medical-health, Dental- and Vision 100% paid
Over 1 month off per year, paid!!

About the role:

Location: San Marcos
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with manageable call coverage
Team with 40+ providers across8 specialties now (OBGYN, Gen Surg, Bariatric Surg, Ortho, Cardio, Pulm, Colorectal surg, ENT/Allergy)
Shared clinic space with a multispecialty group, staffed with 1.5-2 CMAs and additional support staff.
An average day will be seeing 18-20 patients.
