Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Associate Territory Manager, Cardiometabolic Health

Territory Location: Apple Valley CA, Victorville CA, Lancaster CA, Palmdale CA Territory Manager Responsibilities Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe/influence treatment for disease states in the Lilly portfolio. Serve as a credible expert/resource supporting medicines and appropriate brand patients. Drive results using Lilly Selling Model, Lilly Competency Model, and Account Management Model. Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties. Understand and tailor territory strategy; navigate payer landscape to impact key stakeholders. Use business insight tools/data/analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and obstacles. Implement new technologies, including AI company-approved tools, to streamline customer interactions. Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience. Use patient-centered dialogues; demonstrate learning agility regarding disease state, clinical trials, and product label. Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following company policies. Own customer relationship for product promotion, on‑label medical questions, and general market access. Build relationships with internal/external partners; use Virtual Medical Hub as appropriate. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license if required by specific state. Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record. Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship. Additional Skills/Preferences Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results. Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage staff in accounts. Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotionally intelligent. Bilingual skills aligned with territory/customer needs. Residence within 30 miles of territory boundary.
