What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or equivalent for international graduates) Active Arizona veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date Successful completion of the NAVLE Commitment to practicing high-quality companion animal medicine Strong communication and client education skills Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multi-doctor team Passion for continued learning and professional development Preferred Qualifications Experience in small animal general practice Interest in surgery, dentistry, acupuncture, or internal medicine Experience with digital radiography and in-house diagnostics Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and team development New graduates are encouraged to apply Our doctors are productive, efficient, and well-supported to do their best work.
