Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Connecticut (CT)
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse student caseload
• Knowledge of best practices for serving K-12 populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and direct physical therapy services for students with a range of needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans that align with students’ educational goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, special educators, and families—to support student success and participation
• Document services, progress, and outcomes promptly and accurately
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expertise on physical therapy strategies
