Clinical Pharmacist

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Location: Saranac Lake, New York Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Compensation: $65.00 per hour ($135,000 annually) Job Overview A well-established healthcare organization in the Adirondack region is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join its Pharmacy Services team. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong clinical background who is passionate about optimizing medication therapy, collaborating with healthcare providers, and delivering exceptional patient care in a hospital setting. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for the safe and effective dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies while providing clinical support to physicians, nursing staff, and patients.
