We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs. Qualifications Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.) Experience in conducting Neurocognitive and Neuropsychological Testing is preferred Must have a license in the state of Florida or be in the process of obtaining one Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred Job Responsibilities Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions Deliver different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services Offer neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services (optional) Choose to provide psychotherapy & counseling services only, neuropsychological testing only, or a combination of both services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers Provide psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings, and therapeutic strategies Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development Compensation Package $75 - $80 per billable hour Benefits Group malpractice insurance Company-provided testing materials Advantages Full administrative support Latest digital technology Strong focus on work/life balance Work Schedule As an Independent Contractor, you can determine your working hours Offices open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment E-Verify Statement HUPC participates in E-Verify.
