Job Summary The Account Manager directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Financial and Business Systems Management: Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements; improves financial performance; ensures forecasts, payroll, and accounting reports; manages scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping; uses standardized business systems; ensures compliance with policies. Human Resources: Engages in recruitment and hiring; fosters retention; conducts onboarding and training; recognizes performance; provides coaching; conducts performance appraisals; holds meetings; practices discipline. Service Management: Ensures consistent guest/patient service; allocates labor; forecasts seasonal variances; integrates client standards; monitors metrics; reports to District Manager. Client Relations Management: Builds relationships with client staff; maintains regular communication; maintains visibility; focuses on exceeding expectations; capitalizes on growth opportunities. Systems and Standards: Utilizes systems to control assets; trains others; maintains a clean environment; follows instructions; ensures confidentiality. Safety and Risk Management: Follows safety procedures; reports incidents; ensures training; reports claims; adheres to disciplinary process; manages workplace safety. Sales Responsibilities: Maintains client relationships to obtain referrals; informs leadership of changes; monitors business changes; reports potential growth opportunities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Effective planning, prioritization, and management of complex projects under pressure. Work ethic, drive, energy, and persistence; stability, dependability, and professionalism. Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various point‑of‑sale applications. Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels. Ability to represent the company effectively across diverse cultures. Strong analytical and interpretive skills for policies, procedures, training materials, and corporate communications. Professional drafting of internal and external business communications, including reports, memos, letters, and e‑mails. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service. Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen. Compensation Annual base pay range: $75,000 - $90,000. Eligibility for annual incentive bonuses depending on job classification and policy guidelines. Physical Demands and Work Environment Regularly required to run, stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally; push/pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally; push/pull 100–350 pounds on a wheelchair over distances.
