Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions in both individual and group settings, focusing on family dynamics and relational issues.

• Providing evidence-based interventions for various challenges, including but not limited to:

• Psychological and physical abuse

• Grief and loss issues

• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and estrangement

• Job-related stress
\n
• Medical issues affecting family wellbeing

• Challenges faced by blended families

• Adjustments during separation and divorce
\n
• Enhancing communication skills among family members

• Tracking client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include both adults as well as child and adolescent populations. This diverse range allows you to apply your expertise across different age groups, addressing unique challenges and strategies tailored to each demographic. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
