Senior Food Service & Patient Meal Prep Specialist
PIH Health, Inc.
Responsibilities Complete all hot/cold food production on time for patient meal schedules and the Café, including modified textures and special orders. Prepare, cook, and pan food and all prep for sandwiches, salads, salad bar, for patients, cafeteria, and catering. Utilize standardized recipes and serving schedules. Control waste and under/overproduction of foods. Cook food to proper cooking temperatures. Follow quality and safety guidelines for food preparation and service. Be familiar with modified diets. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including detail cleaning. Perform other tasks associated with food service as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr PIH Health, Inc.
