Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in the hospital setting. This position involves providing direct patient care in a specialized cardiology and neurology unit. The role requires maintaining patient monitoring, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality clinical outcomes. Job Details Position Description: Nursing role on the Telemetry and Neurology care unit at a healthcare facility. The unit has 32 beds and handles cardiac, neurological, stroke, and seizure diagnoses. Certifications and Skills: BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Experience in neurological care is a must-have skill for this unit. Required Qualifications: Valid licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse, ACLS and BLS certifications, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, and ability to titrate drips such as Amiodarone, Heparin, Insulin, and Cardizem. Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week. Additional Information: Orientation consists of 3 shifts. The dress code requires navy blue scrubs. Self-scheduling and block scheduling options are available, with weekend and holiday rotations. Float rotation may be required.
