Field Superintendent
Ernst Brothers
Job Description
Job Description
Build Homes That Become Legacies.
Some people build houses.
Others build places where families celebrate birthdays, raise children, welcome grandchildren, and create memories that last for generations.
At Ernst Brothers, we believe those projects deserve extraordinary leadership.
We're looking for an exceptional Field Manager who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads from the front, and believes the details matter.
This isn't a superintendent job where you're simply checking boxes and chasing schedules.
It's an opportunity to lead remarkable projects alongside a team that refuses to settle for average.
For nearly 40 years, Ernst Brothers has built some of the region's finest custom homes and renovations. We've earned our reputation through uncompromising quality, genuine client relationships, and a team of professionals who care deeply about doing things the right way.
- If you're the type of leader who...
- Notices the details others miss
- Holds yourself to an incredibly high standard
- Earns the respect of trades instead of demanding it
- Solves problems before they become crises
- Believes a clean, organized jobsite says everything about the company behind it
...we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Trusted to Do
- Lead luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
- Create jobsites that clients are proud to visit.
- Mentor carpenters and apprentices while building an accountable, high-performing team.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver exceptional projects on schedule and on budget.
- Uphold the craftsmanship and professionalism Ernst Brothers has become known for.
Why Ernst Brothers?
- Build and renovate some of the region's most beautiful homes.
- Work with clients who value quality over shortcuts.
- Join a team that invests in people, systems, and continuous improvement.
- A culture where ownership, integrity, and craftsmanship matter.
What We Have to Offer?
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off and holidays
- Retirement plan options
- Professional development opportunities
- Voted Best Place to Work
