Quick Facts Location: Portland, OR Start Date: ASAP End Date: Permanent Shift: 12 or 24-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7am-7am) Hours/Week: Varies based on shift Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Oregon OR license (or ability to obtain), Neonatal PA fellowship or residency completion Experience: Neonatal/ICU experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive compensation, health insurance, retirement plan options, paid time off, hospital partnership opportunities, and supportive work environment What You’ll Do Manage clinical care for high-risk neonates in Level III NICUs at two renowned hospitals Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans Perform procedures and attend deliveries in a busy hospital setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and support staff Provide family-centered education and support Exercise autonomous practice within scope, ensuring high standards of neonatal care What You Need Active Oregon RN or PA license (or ability to obtain) Neonatal PA fellowship or residency completed Prior NICU or neonatal intensive care experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and clinical skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Portland, Oregon, that offers a dynamic environment with high-acuity neonatal patients.
