About the Role: As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers. Your Responsibilities: Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system. Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually strengthen your skills. Use our easy-to-use software to build personalized bath designs. Provide pricing information and consistently secure sales. What We Are Looking For: Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills. Experience in home sales is highly valued; background in home remodeling is a plus. Reliable transportation and local residency required. Confidence in public speaking and delivering clear, professional presentations. Ambitious, self‑motivated, and disciplined work habits. Self‑driven and goal‑focused professional, adept at thriving in fast‑paced sales environments. Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings.
