Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Net Health experience required.

• Schedule: 5x8.

Location Highlights

Port Charlotte offers Gulf Coast access with nearby waterfront destinations and outdoor recreation. Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park is about 15 miles away and provides trails, paddling routes, and wildlife viewing across one of Florida's larger protected estuaries. Fishermen's Village in Punta Gorda is roughly 8 miles from Port Charlotte and features waterfront dining, shops, and marina access along Charlotte Harbor. Englewood Beach on Manasota Key is about 20 miles away, and the area also offers access to U.S. 41 and Interstate 75 for regional travel to Fort Myers and Sarasota.
