Implementation Project Manager

Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle for staffing, workforce management, and payroll solutions, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while driving accountability among cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation while facilitating business process reviews Configure applications to meet customer requirements and coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered 3+ years of experience in deploying Vendor Management Platforms and/or Payroll/Workforce management systems Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, including contingent labor management and agency operations Proven ability to independently drive projects to successful conclusions Familiarity with relational database concepts and experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
