Lead enterprise-wide quality operations for my client in a highly regulated cGMP manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact leadership role driving compliance, continuous improvement, and product quality while building a culture of excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead QA/QC operations, document control, CAPA, deviations, audits, and change control
• Oversee material and finished goods release and batch certification
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
• Direct internal/external audits, supplier quality, investigations, and training
• Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional quality initiatives

About You

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience leading QA within a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, change control, document control, audits, and quality systems
• Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
• Excellent problem-solving, regulatory, and cross-functional communication abilities
