Salary: 55,000-65,000
If youre the kind of person who likes things organized, running efficiently, and done right the first time, this role is for you.
As our Parts & Inventory Coordinator, youll be the one making sure our technicians have the right parts in place for every jobkeeping the team moving and the day on track. Its a fast-paced role where attention to detail and problem-solving really matter.

Organization and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced service environment
Experience with inventory systems, purchasing, or warehouse operations (HVAC/R or foodservice industry preferred)
Strong communication skillsyou will work with vendors, technicians, and leadership daily
Proficiency in Excel and service software (experience with platforms like XOi is a plus)
