Commercial HVAC Technician Base Pay: $22-$50/Hr

Chesapeake Systems is a manufacturer's representative providing equipment, parts, service, and technical solutions for commercial mechanical systems. We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician for troubleshooting and repairing Air Conditioners and other HVAC products in the Baltimore/Washington/VA area.

Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (Cooling towers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, variable frequency drives, and controls)
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
• Perform start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment
• Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment

Qualifications:

• Journeyman License (Preferred)
• 5+ years of Commercial experience
• Phenomenal troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Base Pay: $22-$50/Hour Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
