Located just over an hour and a half from the West New Mexico border, this onsite position is tailored for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) who value collaboration and professional growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA qualified to work in schools
• Experience working with early childhood education and elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong knowledge of articulation, language, and pragmatic interventions
• Ability to implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Openness to supervision and mentorship (CFY supervision available)
• Organized, self-motivated, and flexible in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in Pre-K through 1st grade on campus
• Address needs related to articulation, language development, and pragmatic/social skills
• Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, teachers, families, and other professionals
• Monitor student progress and provide regular reporting and documentation
• Participate in professional learning opportunities and team meetings
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for all students
