Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Providing crisis intervention and making appropriate referrals to ensure clients receive the support they need during critical moments.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations within our electronic health records system.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all clients.

• Effectively managing your schedule and caseload, with the flexibility to accommodate varying client needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
