Responsibilities include:Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patientMonitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplinesEnsure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician ordersReview of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visitsInform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care SupervisorHome Health RN Requirements:BLS (Basic Life Support)RN (Registered Nurse) LicenseDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)Required Associate's or Diploma NursingRequired 1 year Registered NursePreferred Bachelor's NursingPreferred 1 year Home CareThis position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
