• Develop and implement personalized financial strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

• Educate clients on a variety of financial products and services to empower informed decision-making.

• Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with colleagues and industry experts to stay informed about market trends and new financial solutions.

• Utilize New York Life's resources and training to continuously enhance your financial expertise and service offerings.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and community engagement in Midland, TX, and surrounding areas.

• Must live in the Midland/Odessa area
• Experience in developing and implementing personalized financial strategies for diverse clients.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Proven track record of educating clients on financial products and services to empower informed decisions.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans and adjust as needed.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and industry experts to stay informed on market trends.
• Experience in utilizing company resources and training to enhance financial expertise and service offerings.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and community engagement in Midland, TX, and surrounding areas.
