Caregiver Needed | Big Lake, Alaska Preferred Care at Home of Alaska is seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to provide ongoing in-home care for a Veteran client with quadriplegia in Big Lake, Alaska. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on care for a client with complex physical needs. Experience with quadriplegia, mobility assistance, transfers, personal care, and/or similar high-care needs is strongly preferred. Schedule: * Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Saturday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM * Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * 32 hours per week Pay: $25–$27/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We are seeking someone who is able to train with the current care team and transition into these shifts permanently. Reliability and consistency are extremely important, as this client depends on dependable coverage each week.
