AR/Collections Specialist
$25 - $30 per hourCentury Group
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a temp-hire A/R Collections Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and send invoices to clients and maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
- Collect payments from customers and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments.
- Address invalid or unauthorized deductions and update client accounts based on payment or contact information.
Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in accounts receivable, invoice collection, or related roles.
Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
