AR/Collections Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a temp-hire A/R Collections Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to clients and maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
• Collect payments from customers and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments.
• Address invalid or unauthorized deductions and update client accounts based on payment or contact information.

Qualifications:

• An associate or bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in accounts receivable, invoice collection, or related roles.

Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
