Pediatric SLP - PRN

Job Summary We are looking for an outpatient pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Virginia, providing individualized, one‑to‑one speech therapy for children from birth to 21 years old. Parents and caregivers are invited to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Responsibilities Assess and treat children with speech and language disorders using evidence‑based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress. Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, ABA clinicians, and other team members to integrate care. Educate parents and caregivers on strategies and exercises. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and mandatory reporting. Contribute to case conferences and clinical meetings. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program. Current or pending licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Virginia. Strong commitment to patient outcomes and quality of care. Experience working with pediatric patients preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
