The Retail Store Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store performance. This role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and driving sales growth to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets
Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve store performance
Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees
Ensure store appearance and merchandising meet brand standards
Prepare reports and communicate store performance to senior management
