Overview Planet Nugg is looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Budtender to join our growing team at our Aquebogue, NY dispensary. Please note: All new hires will complete their initial training and onboarding at our Farmingdale, NY location before transitioning to the Aquebogue dispensary with the opening anticipated in early fall. Previous cannabis product knowledge is a plus, but professionalism, integrity, and a genuine willingness to learn are just as important. Responsibilities Create a welcoming, informed, and efficient customer experience before, during, and after each sale. Build and maintain strong knowledge of cultivars, products, brands, and current inventory. Participate in ongoing product education and training. Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready store. Required Skills 21+ years of age Retail or other customer-facing experience preferred Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Confidence, dedication, integrity, and a willingness to learn. Legally authorized to work in the US.
