Slabsure is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to own a residential territory, meet homeowners face-to-face, and turn those conversations into customers. This is a true hunter sales role. You'll prospect neighborhoods, knock doors, generate your own opportunities, conduct inspections, educate homeowners, and close business. Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses.

Slabsure is a fast growing company bringing innovative technology to residential foundation monitoring, giving homeowners a smarter way to understand and protect one of their biggest investments. Using advanced sensors, 24/7 monitoring, and real-time app alerts, Slabsure helps homeowners identify foundation movement earlybefore small problems can become expensive ones.

What You'll Do

• Own and develop your assigned sales territory
• Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door sales and referrals
• Introduce homeowners to Slabsure's foundation?monitoring technology
• Explain how our sensors, monitoring platform, and app alerts work
• Build trust quickly with homeowners
• Explain inspection findings in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• Present Slabsure monitoring solutions, pricing, financing, and warranties
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Manage your pipeline and activity in the CRM
• Consistently hit activity, sales, and revenue goals

Who We Want

You may be a great fit if you have experience in:

• Foundation Repair Sales
• Outside sales
• Door-to-door sales
• In-home sales
• Roofing sales
• Solar sales
• Pest control sales
• Security sales
• HVAC or other home-service sales

1+ year of direct-to-consumer sales experience is preferred, but we'll consider a high-drive candidate with exceptional people skills.

You should be comfortable hearing no, getting back after it, and creating your own success.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check
