Required Skills: Proven ability to accurately pick and pack orders based on slips and scanners Familiarity with packing materials and techniques (boxes, pallets, wrapping) Strong attention to detail, especially in quality control and inspection of goods Ability to lift and move items safely and efficiently Good organizational skills and the capacity to work in a team-oriented environment Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role Basic knowledge of safety regulations related to food and pharmaceutical products Familiarity with inventory management systems Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in packing or distribution environments is a plus Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime during peak seasons No specific certifications required, but a passion for quality and efficiency is essential Ready to be a part of a team that values your contributions and encourages your growth?
