Registered Dietitian

Job Overview Make a difference in supporting the nutritional care of our residents. As a Registered Dietitian, you will complete nutritional assessments and work collaboratively with the care provider team. You will have the opportunity to interact with our residents and build meaningful relationships. Responsibilities Identify and assess the nutrition needs of residents. Initiate interventions to achieve and maintain residents’ nutritional status. Participate in the planning and development of menus following guidelines for each community’s license and managing the menu management software. Provide education to patients, residents, staff, and the public. Act as a resource to the department and the community. Qualifications Licensed per state requirement, in good standing. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited nutrition or dietetic program, and current registration with the American Dietetic Association or 4‑year eligibility. Maintain continuing education credits as mandated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Service-oriented with strong communication skills. Functions as a team member.
