NSPIRE Nurse Apprentice: Immersive Pre-NCLEX Residency

Hackensack Meridian Health is launching the NSPIRE Nurse Apprentice program, a PRE-NCLEX role designed for new graduates to complete a twelve-week practice immersion, followed by a twelve-month nurse residency after passing NCLEX. The apprentice will observe, shadow, and practice select skills in acute care while building confidence for future RN practice.
