What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care for critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced environment
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and modify care as needed
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure optimal care delivery
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Electronic Medical Records (Epic)
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions

What You Need:

• Current RN license in New Mexico or a state with a license compact
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
• Critical care or ICU experience preferred
• Ability to work night shift (7 PM 7 AM)

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
