- Prepare bidders' lists, prequalify vendors, form bid packages, issue bid requests, and manage bidder questions.
- Develop Commercial Bid Summaries and award recommendations while securing required project approvals.
- Guide Engineering and internal teams on material requisitions to align technical needs with procurement execution.
- Form, issue, and administer purchase orders, processing scope and cost revisions alongside contract correspondence.
- Monitor supplier performance for conformance to commercial terms and ensure full compliance with order requirements for Our Client.
- Experience level: Experienced
