As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in learning more about solar energy. You'll engage with potential customers face-to-face, educate them on the benefits of solar, and help schedule appointments with our Solar Sales Consultants.

No previous solar experience? No problem! We're looking for individuals with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the motivation to succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Appointment Setter, you will:

• Engage directly with homeowners in their neighbourhoods and introduce the benefits of solar energy.
• Build rapport and create positive first impressions through professional, face-to-face interactions.
• Identify customer needs and determine their interest in solar solutions.
• Ask thoughtful questions to qualify potential customers.
• Schedule high-quality appointments for our Solar Sales Closers.
• Maintain a high level of daily activity and proactively seek new opportunities.
• Represent Next Door Solar with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.
• Continuously develop your communication and sales skills.
