Seasonal Contract RN – Labor and Delivery (13 Weeks)

Contract | 13-Week Seasonal Assignment | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Rotating Weekends | No Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Labor and Delivery unit maintaining a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with SVDs, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC procedures
• Operate and interpret equipment including Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and ultrasound
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary team members across day shifts, including rotating weekends
• Demonstrate Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and SVE competency , and perform C-section circulation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
• Intermediate fetal monitoring certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• SVE competency and C-section circulation experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Internal monitor placement competency
• Experience in a Level IV or high-volume Labor and Delivery unit
• Previous travel nursing assignments in similar acute care settings
