Location: St. Louis City, MO
Pay: $40.00–$42.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 4-year-old pediatric client in St. Louis City.

The family is currently seeking nursing coverage Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM , approximately 40 hours per week .

Patient Care Needs May Include:

• Oxygen administration

• Oxygen saturation (O2 sat) monitoring

• GJ-tube enteral feedings

• GJ-tube medication administration

• GJ-tube care

• CPT vest treatments

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitoring and documenting the client's condition

• Following the established plan of care

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri RN or LPN license or eligible multistate/compact nursing license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred

• GJ-tube/G-tube and respiratory care experience preferred

• Must successfully complete required background and employment screenings

• Reliable and dependable

• Compassionate and comfortable providing one-on-one pediatric care

Compensation:
$40–$42 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
3:00 PM–11:00 PM
