We are seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join the Real Estate practice in our Chicago, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, or Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have three to eight years of experience advising clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets, in addition to experience with real estate due diligence, leasing transactions, development, and joint ventures. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers across our US Real Estate platform who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Base Compensation $225,000 - $400,000 / year.
