Learn more at ResponsibilitiesSupervise field crews during commercial roofing installationsOversee installation of PVC, EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen roof systemsEnsure daily work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the company quality standardsCoordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet schedules and goalsConduct daily safety talks and enforce jobsite safety practicesTrack crew attendance, performance, and productivityTroubleshoot issues in the field and guide crews through complex installationsTrain team members on proper roofing techniques and new systemsMaintain accurate records of materials, work performed, and project progressCommunicate jobsite needs and updates to office and leadership teamsQualifications5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including PVC, EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen preferredExperience leading and supervising roofing crewsStrong work ethic and willingness to learn new roofing systems and methodsAbility to read basic blueprints and installation specificationsEffective communicator and motivator in the fieldAbility to work in outdoor environments and on rooftops for extended periodsValid driver's license preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusBenefitsWeekly pay cycleYear-end performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurance optionsPaid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave)Paid parental leaveCompany-provided uniforms and safety gearAll tools provided by employerPaid training and certificationsTech package (smartphone or tablet)Travel projects with per diemCompany vehicle or mileage reimbursementReferral bonus programAnnual company outings and eventsSupportive leadership with direct access to ownershipScheduleFull-Time - Monday to FridayOvertime and weekend availability required as needed based on project timelines and weather conditions.LocationOnsite - Active jobsite locations across RoofLynx LLC service areas.
