You will: Deliver high-quality nursing care with compassion and clinical excellence Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and confidence Monitor residents and respond to changes in conditionCollaborate with leadership, providers, and families Guide caregivers and med techs during your shift Ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for This is a role where your clinical skills AND your heart both matter.
